ABOUT US
Advocating for safe working conditions
Clay County Fire Rescue Professionals, IAFF Local 3362, proudly represents the men and women who serve Clay County through fire suppression, emergency medical services, communications, fire prevention, training, and other essential public safety roles.
Chartered on February 28, 1991, Local 3362 was built on a simple but powerful purpose: to support one another, strengthen our profession, and improve the service we provide to the citizens and visitors of Clay County. Our members are firefighters, paramedics, EMTs, communications specialists, fire safety professionals, training personnel, and emergency service professionals who dedicate their lives to protecting others.
As a labor organization, we work to ensure that our members have a fair voice in the workplace, safe working conditions, fair wages, professional standards, and the tools, training, and support needed to serve the public effectively. We believe that taking care of the people who answer the call directly improves the service provided to the community.
Local 3362 is more than a bargaining unit. We are a brotherhood and sisterhood built on unity, friendship, fellowship, professionalism, and service. We advocate for our members, educate our members, support their families, and work to strengthen the future of fire and EMS in Clay County.
We are proud to serve. Proud to represent. Proud to stand together.
