We are advocates for fair working conditions, professional development, and the health and wellness of every firefighter and EMS professional in our ranks.
As President of this organization, I’m proud to represent the men and women who serve our community every day.
Our members are more than firefighters — we are neighbors, parents, mentors, and public servants who show up when people need help the most. Whether it’s a fire, medical emergency, or disaster, we take that responsibility seriously because this is our community too.
This union exists for one reason: to stand behind the people who do the job. That means fighting for fair working conditions, proper equipment, and the support our members need to do their jobs safely and effectively. When we take care of our firefighters, we take better care of the community.
We believe in accountability, professionalism, and doing things the right way. We’re not here just for contract negotiations — we’re here to build a stronger department, support mental health and peer support programs, and make sure every member has a voice.
To our members: this is your union. Every one of you has a stake in what we do, and your involvement matters.
To our community: we are committed to serving you with integrity, pride, and respect. We appreciate your support and trust, and we will continue working every day to earn it.
